Adam started in recruitment in 1999 before moving into recruitment marketing, HR consulting at PwC and founding research and sourcing business Social Media Search in 2009. Having taken SMS into a joint venture with Norman Broadbent plc in 2012 he undertook a MOB at the end of 2016 and merged with talent pipeline tech start-up Candidate.ID, of which he is a co-founder.

Candidate.ID is based in Glasgow, Scotland and works with clients internationally including Mondelez, QuintilesIMS, Thermo Fisher Scientific and WPP.

The current and future challenge for talent acquisition is the ability to attract high performing passive candidates. Candidate.ID is perfectly positioned to help organisations achieve this and Adam Gordon seriously knows his stuff.
