Anna is a universal soldier of Sourcing and Recruiting. Currently, she helps Taxify, the fastest growing startup in the Mediterranean and new Estonian-born unicorn, to scale its Engineering team in Tallinn and Operations functions in 25 countries across 4 continents.
As part of Relocateme.eu, Anna was previously assisting a number of EU companies to find and bring international tech talent from all around the world (relocation from Australia to Sweden – easy!).

She believes that right sourcing and automation tools mixed with a bit of creativity and personal touch could attract the best talent and move companies and businesses further.
