Dov is talent sourcer who started his in-house sourcing career at Western Union, where he was responsible for finding the best sales people in Nordics, UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria. Later he moved to the UK to coordinate the Recruitment process for Western Union Business Solutions.

His mindset completely changed after joining Aspen In-house and attending SoSuEU 2016 in Amsterdam. Aspen In-house was a unique recruitment consultancy that was helping agency recruiters make the move in-house. As well, supporting the clients (funky start ups and well established worldwide brands) in hiring the best Talent Acquisition professionals he was experimenting with new sourcing tools, engaging with candidates and building relationships.

On the side Dov is a career coach, photographer, singer-songwriter, music blogger, passionate in discovering new independent music – www.dovzavado.com.
Combining sourcing skills and passion for music was a perfect match when he worked with Swedish start up Melobee.

Dov recently joined the team of doers at Create + Adapt. The company is on a mission to reinvent recruitment and are the first subscription based talent acquisition and employer brand partner. As a Talent Partner he is going to take his sourcing skills to another level.
