Efrat is a talent Industry leader (EX – Googler) with 14 years of experience in talent acquisition. Efrat is a “Big picture” person, always centered around the latest technology, who brings a holistic view of problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive outcomes. As senior talent acquisition manager at Intel, Efrat is responsible for managing & developing a team of recruiters for organization success. In addition, she provides advice and direction to stakeholders on strategic talent issues to pro-actively prevent talent shortages and generate external talent opportunities.

Before Intel Efrat built and led the Intuit talent acquisition team in Israel with a hiring record of establishing new teams and hiring dozens of software employees. During her seven years at Google she was a key contributor for growing Google’s Israel site and other global sites though diverse talent solutions strategies. Efrat started her career building the infrastructures for social recruiting filed for the recruiting agencies “Nisha” and “Hever” in 2006. Efrat’s pioneer work in social recruiting and her social recruiting blog were a key milestone and inspiration for many talent acquisition professionals in Israel.

Efrat holds a first degree in behavioral science and an MBA with a specialization in HR management
