Efrat Dagan has joined Lyft as Head of Recruiting for the Autonomous Vehicle Division.

Efrat has been with Google for 12 years and In her last role at Google she has been a Global Recruitment Manager at Google headquarters in California. Efrat moved to Google headquarters about two years ago, after heading Google Israel’s Staffing for about a decade from the inception of the R&D offices in Israel (2006). Efrat managed the recruitment of six Google offices in Europe, including Israel, Russia and Northern Europe. In addition, she managed the recruitment for WAZE since the acquisition by Google in 2013. In her role she dealt with issues such as innovation in recruitment processes, employment diversity, and recruitment technologies. Efrat has been selected as one of the most prominent human resources professionals in Israel in 2014. Efrat lectures, blogs about the future of the world of work, and she mentors entrepreneurs and individuals which are involved in the field.

Efrat has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Labor Studies, both from Tel Aviv University
