Kyrylo is a Senior Recruiter and Lead of sourcing center at EPAM- Global provider of software engineering and IT consulting.

During his 4 years experience, he grew from researcher to lead of Sourcing Center with 4 people in the team which supports hiring in Ukraine and Europe.

He began his sourcing career as a participant of webinars and Hackathons made by Amazing Hiring and decided to organize an in-house one at EPAM. Having made the first pilot on a local Ukrainian recruiters’ event he expanded it on a Global Scale of EPAM.
Kyrylo also leads TA Academy initiative which fills the knowledge gap between developers, managers and recruiters and encourages sharing best practices among the team members.

Kyrylo loves debating and won several debate tournaments.
