Martin Lee is partner at Brain Gain Consulting. He was formerly the VP Head of Sourcing & Research at Kelly Services and is responsible for all sourcing activity within the EMEA & APAC regions, including sourcing strategy, process, implementation and ongoing enhancement.

Martin spent 15 years sourcing for high-tech companies around the world for rare skills and hard-to-find combinations of skills before moving into research. He runs a number of sourcing communities including the LinkedIn group Cool (free) tools for recruiting.
