Netta is the Senior Talent Acquisition Mangaer of Intel R&D with 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Netta is Intel’s Development Centers Talent Strategy Leader and oversees the hiring for the product design groups in Israel. This while partnering with the Intel’s senior management to define and influence the talent strategy and organizational structure per business needs. Netta brings a holistic view of problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive and lead outcomes. Netta believes in a 360 talent strategy and brings this new approach to life while working closely with all our HR partners.

As a senior talent acquisition leader at Intel, Netta is responsible for managing & developing a team of recruiters for organization success. In addition, she provides advice and direction to stakeholders on strategic talent issues to pro-actively prevent talent shortages and generate external talent opportunities. Before this role, Netta held several roles which gave her a wide perspective, experience and ownership pn full lifecycle recruiting – led the recruiting marketing team , was a senior recruiter ,a sourcing specialist and led the diversity hiring Netta holds a first degree in Behavioral Science and a MA in Public Administration Studies Specialization in Local Government Administration.
