Some are surprised to hear that Rick’s career in Recruitment started in the late 1990’s – frankly, he doesn’t look that old. Today Rick leads the 40 strong EMEA Talent Sourcing team for Microsoft.

Microsoft’s Talent Sourcing team achieves  awesome results and focuses purely on external hiring by headhunting the most talented passive candidates in EMEA. Hiring Engineers in Dublin,  Marketeers in Moscow, Sales people in Dubai, it’s a very diverse sourcing team recognised for high levels of impact market insight.

Rick doesn’t claim to be an expert or thought leader but does have strong opinions,  weakly held, on an exceptionally wide variety of Recruitment topics.
