“Sam has been working in Tech hiring for the past 7 years, mainly with startups in their hyper-growth phase. During this time, he’s seen many of the challenges scaling brings to a Talent function in an organisation, ranging from sourcing through to employee retention. Currently he’s at HelloFresh, where he’s built the Tech Talent Acquisition function from scratch to double the organisation in size each year.

Outside of work, Sam is the organiser of DBR Berlin – The Berlin chapter of one of the largest groups for in-house recruiters in the world. He’s always been a Sourcer at heart, and has published content on Medium and Youtube to share learnings and learn from others.”
