“Simon is a fantastic trainer and coach. The sessions he delivers are highly interactive, very entertaining, very informative as Simon draws from his extensive research and very broad experience in the area of negotiations. To me Simon is also an inspiring individual, constanlty taking on various challenges and tackling them with ease. Very good role model.”

Vision Consulting
“Simon Horton’s book is excellent. It brings the theory to life with good examples and prompts the reader to think about how to become a better negotiator. And the reader may not feel it but she or he is already a leader. We all are. We all need to release the genius in ourselves and others. We all need to see opportunities and innovate. We all need to resolve conflict and build teams. And we all need to look into the future and create a vision. And to do all these things successfully, we need to negotiate effectively getting the best possible result for all involved”
