After a decade in sourcing, research and recruitment, Toby is now is Global Head of Talent Intelligence at Philips. This is a newly created role, reflective of the growing demand, importance and value that this function provides in determining Philips’ buy v build strategy, talent attraction strategy and location strategy.

Prior to this Toby was the Lead Researcher, Executive Recruiting – EMEA & MEE at SAP where his responsibilities included all research, market mapping and competitor intelligence, as well as being heavily involved in the pure search / headhunting work they completed on various vacancies and projects across the EMEA and MEE regions.  Toby has worked in a number of guises; external search, internal, RPO as well as running his own research and market intelligence firm.  The key throughout has using the insight and intelligence gathered through research / search activities to have a true business impact.
